Once a month a...usually the 3rd Wednesday afternoon of each month.

We are so fortunate to have the generosity of our many Life Masters who donate their time, talent and patience to helping a newer player master the game of bridge.  So we ask our Mentees to cover the cost of their Mentor in our monthly game.  Mentees pay $12.00 for their pair each month...and are happy to do it!

Mentees:  Have you hugged your Mentor lately?!  Don't forget to thank them each month!

"Eight is Enough" is a team game offered one Sunday a month at CLBC.  Below are the requirements for the game:

Each player contributes a number of "team points" based on his/her masterpoint holding:

• Strat A players, with over 2000 masterpoints, contribute three (3) team points.

• Strat B players, with 750-2000 masterpoints, contribute two (2) team points.

• Strat C players, wtih less than 750 masterpoints, contribute one (1) team point.

No team may have more than eight (8) team points. Possible team compositions:

• Two A players and two C players (3 + 3 + 1 + 1 = 8)

• Four B players (2 + 2 +2 +2 = 8)

• Two B players and two C players (2 + 2+ 1 + 1 = 6)

• Any other combination of players such that the team points are less than or equal to eight (8).

MEMBER Game Fees at Clear Lake Bridge Club are $6.00 per player. We hope this fits your budget and you join us frequently!

NON-MEMBER Game Fees are $1.00 extra...so $7.00 per player.

Mentor Mentee Games are a little different:

• Mentees pay the entire Game Fee for the Pair...$12.00.  
• Lunch is included !
